Max joined GGC after working as a stockbroker at Fender Capital. There he earned valuable experience with capitalization of different companies within seafood, telecom, fintech and technology, as well as structured finance products issued by leading International investment banks. 

In addition, Max has worked as an independent consultant with capital raising, M&A, and financial decision-making in various industries. 

His core competence are investments, brokerage, financial analysis, portfolio management and capital raising.
